I lived in a Chuckanut Property Management’s rental for almost 2 years and the experience was terrible from beginning to end. Most importantly, they did not even respond to my requests for repairs for weeks. I had to get the name of the home owner via property records and contact him on LinkedIn and get him involved before they made any effort to repair things in the house.
